CISS Students Shine on the Global Stage!

We are thrilled to announce that research from our students at the Ceylon Institute of Space Science has been selected for poster presentation at the prestigious NASA Astrobiology and the Future of Life Meeting in Houston, Texas. This achievement showcases their hard work, dedication, and innovation in space science and sustainability research. Congratulations to our talented students and their supervisors!


Ceylon Institute of Space Sciences (CISS) ආයතනය විසින් පවත්වනු ලබන උසස් පාඨමාලා සහ උපාධි වැඩසටහන්වල එක් අංශයක් ලෙස, අපි සෑම විටම අපගේ සිසුන් NASA, ESA, සහ CERN වැනි තාරකා විද්‍යාවේ පුරෝගාමීන් සමඟ එක්ව පර්යේෂණවලට සහභාගී වීමට අප ආයතනය හරහා අවස්ථාවන් ලබාදෙන්නෙමු. ඒ අනුව, 2024 ඔක්තෝම්බර් 16 සිට 18 දක්වා ටෙක්සාස් හි හූස්ටන් හිදී පැවැත්වෙන NASA Astrobiology සහ Future of Life සමුළුවට CISS සිසුන්ගේ කණ්ඩායම් 02ක් විසින් කරන ලද පර්යේෂණ සාරාංශ (Abstract) දෙකක් අප විසින් ඉදිරිපත් කළ අතර, "පෝස්ටර් ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම" කාණ්ඩය (Poster Presentation #2011 & #2113) යටතේ මෙම පර්යේෂණ සාරාංශ (Abstract) දෙක තෝරාගෙන ඇති බව අපි ඉතා සතුටින් දන්වා සිටිමු.
